OCEAN ADVENTURE PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

- Park is OPEN DAILY FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM
- Ticket must be presented when entering the park (No Ticket – No Entry)
- If you are leaving Ocean Adventure and plan to return the same day, please have your hand stamped at the exit station and present your ticket upon re-entry.
- Please keep your ticket while inside the park.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Children below twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children thirty (30) inches and below are FREE OF CHARGE.
- Senior citizens must present their valid senior citizens I.D. card to avail of the Sr. Citizen discounted rate.
- Feeding of fish, marine mammals, terrestrial animals is strictly prohibited.
- Bringing of food and drinks is strictly prohibited.
- Commercial photography or video recording requires advance written permission.
- Smoke only on designated smoking areas.
- Solicitation and vending of any kind are not allowed inside the park.
- No pets are allowed inside the park.
- Dress Code: Minimum collarless shirts, shorts, and footwear.
- No gambling inside the park.
- No weapons of any kind are allowed inside the park.
- Selling or resale of Ocean Adventure tickets by non-Ocean Adventure personnel is prohibited.
- The park management reserves the right to refuse entry of any person.
- The park management reserves the right to request a guest to leave the park premises in the event of violation of park rules and regulations

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
o Please strictly observe and adhere to your scheduled park tour and show cycles.
- Firearms or deadly weapons of any kind are not allowed inside.
- The beach has provided trash bins to maintain cleanliness of the surroundings. Please dispose your trash/ cigarette butts properly.
- The park and beach management reserves the right to request a guest to leave its premises in the event of violation of the beach rules and regulations.
