Promo Mechanics
1. Promo period is from March 01 to December 31, 2013.
2. Every P5,000.00 cash or card purchase in a single receipt entitles customer to a raffle coupon. Paid reservation fees or deposits are not entitled to raffle coupons.
3. To claim raffle coupon/s, customer must present the Wilcon sales invoice to the Customer Service counter of the participating store where the purchase was made.
4. Raffle coupon/s should be filled out with the following customer information: complete name, home address, email address and telephone number, the customer’s affixed signature, the Wilcon invoice number, and the corresponding amount of purchase should also be filled in. Sales invoice and claim stubs should be kept by the customer as these will be required in claiming the prizes.
5. Raffle coupons should be dropped in drop boxes located at all Willcon branches. Only raffle coupons entered during the specified promo period, on or before the cut-off, will be considered valid.
6. A customer may win only once per draw and his non-winning entries are not eligible to win in the succeeding draw,
7. There will be two (2) draws. Cut-off for each draw will be as follows:
Cut-off for Entries Draw Date
First Draw July 24, 2013 (2 pm) July 31, 2013 (2pm)
Grand Draw Dec 31, 2014 (2 pm) January 05, 2014 (2pm)
8. For the First Draw, there will be:
- one (1) winner of a brand new JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE CRD
- fifty (50) winners of IPAD mini
For the Grand Draw, there will be:
- one (1) winner of a brand new MERCEDES BENZ ML350 CDI AMG
- fifty (50) winners of IPAD mini
9. The draws will be held at the Wilcon Builders’ Depot Main Office located at Libis, Quezon City and to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
10. All entries from Wilcon Depot, Wilcon Supply and Wilcon Home Essentials are valid for each draw.
11. Winners will be notified via registered mail. NCR/Metro Manila winners may claim their prize at Wilcon Builders’ Depot Main Office at 90 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Ugong Norte, Libis, Quezon City. Davao winners may claim their prize at Wilcon Supply branch in Matina, Davao City. Cebu winners may claim their prize at Wilcon Depot branch in Talisay City, Cebu. To claim their prize, winners should present the registered mail notifying him/her of his/her winning, a valid ID (driver’s license, passport, SSS, or voter’s ID), the Wilcon claim stub, and the winning Wilcon sales invoice.
12. Prizes should be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice. Otherwise, it shall be forfeited in favor of Wilcon with prior DTI approval.
13. Prizes are subject to 20% tax to be shouldered by the winners. Car Insurance and LTO registration to be shouldered by the winners.
14. All prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.
15. Employees of Wilcon Builders’ Depot and Wilcon Builder’s Supply, their advertising agency, and suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
